Ilmor 5000 GDI 5.3L - Annual Service

Please note that in your Ilmor annual service kit, there are also items required that are not from Ilmor. MasterCraft parts and other parts are required in order to complete your annual service.

INSPECT
Air Filter / Spark Arrestor - Engine Coolant - Engine and Transmission Coolers - Raw Water Pump Assembly - Anodes if equipped - Serpentine Belt and Tensioner - Spark Plugs and Wires - Powertrain Alignment - Prop for damage and or dings - Sea strainer - All water inlet valves - Fire extinguisher system

CHANGE
Engine oil and filter - Transmission oil & filter - Raw water impeller

MasterCraft
Change Fuel filters, per MasterCraft warranty every 100 hours or Annually
