If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, simply return it within 10 days of delivery to you. A refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping and handling charges) will be issued. See *note below please.

My Inboard Marine, LLC, will gladly refund the purchase price for any unused part, less the original shipping, handling charges.

Simply return the merchandise to us within 10 days of receiving your order, unused, in its original box and packing for a prompt refund, exchange, or credit.

For reimbursement of postage from My Inboard Marine, LLC. due to any errors or defective merchandise, a return shipping receipt is all that is required. My Inboard Marine, LLC. will reimburse return shipping on ground transportation only.

Note that if you ordered an item in error, without talking to one of our service technicians or sales staff, your item may not be returnable. Any items damaged by improper installation or if you have ordered the wrong item, your item may not be returnable. It is strongly recommended to call our sales and technical support staff for help if you are not sure of what items you need for your specific application. If parts were to arrive damaged in your shipment, UPS and/or FED EX require that the receiver (customer) notify the carrier (UPS or FED EX) immediately and reject the damaged package.

You must contact My Inboard Marine to notify us that you have a shipment with potential freight damage. We will file a claim with the shipper and send out the identical part to you when and if the claim is approved.

Failure to notify My Inboard Marine, LLC of a "lost delivery" within 24 hours of "delivered status" from your tracking number becomes the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with the shipping provider.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items; unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will not be issued for used, modified or damaged merchandise.

All returns are subject to inspection. No returned parcels will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D.

You must either call Customer Service at 803-766-8586 to obtain your RMA Number or click this link for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to sending any returns. This will ensure a quick refund.

** NOTE: There is a 10% restocking fee deducted from refunds on any returned items unless the item is defective or the wrong parts were recommended by one of our technicians.

All returns on mufflers and silencers will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the purchase amount! If you have installed a muffler or silencer, no refund will be issued. Please be sure you are ordering the correct muffler by calling one of our technicians if you are uncertain on your order.

CARBURETORS, FUEL RELATED PARTS, CUT HOSE AND ELECTRICAL PARTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR THE WRONG PART WAS SENT.
