Shipping Policy

Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST during normal business hours typically ship the same day, subject to product availability.

Some items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require additional processing time. If an item is not immediately available, we will contact you promptly by email or phone.

Shipping Costs

Oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. In some cases, these charges cannot be fully calculated at checkout. If there is any difference in shipping cost, we will notify you before your order is billed.

Expedited Shipping

Next Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day Air shipping options are available on select products only. Availability varies by item.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST may ship the next business day
Next Day Air orders placed on Thursday after 1:00 PM EST will ship Friday and arrive Monday
Next Day Air orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Weekend delivery is not available.

Delivery Times

Average delivery time within the Continental U.S. is 3–7 business days, depending on availability and location.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations may require additional shipping charges and extended delivery times.

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and broker fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

We ship complete orders together whenever possible. In some cases, this may slightly delay delivery.

Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Pricing & Product Information

In the event of a pricing error or misprint, My Inboard Marine reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order. Product images are representative; actual parts may vary slightly depending on the distributor.
