500 HOUR SERVICE PARTS

Ilmor 5000 GDI 5.3L - 500 Hour Service

This is for GDI engines built before 2020. Ilmor introduced an Oil Bath system, when they first launched the GDI model to their lineup. In 2020 they changed the design and went back to the crank mounted system.

INSPECT
Same as Annual Service to make sure everything is working correctly.

CHANGE
Raw Water Pump Assembly 

CHECK

Look at your engine and locate the Water Pump.

This service is for the water pumps mounted to the side of the engine in the starboard locker.
