OEM Indmar 49-5180 RE-PLUMB KIT FOR 5.7 EXT CAT

This kit changes the water flow through the 5.7L ETX CAT exhaust manifolds (re-routes the cooling system).

Fits V-Drive and inline applications.

Note that the Re-plumb kit must be used when replacing manifolds that have not used the Re-plumb kit.

This is how it needs plumed if you use the original thermostat housing.

If you use the 2-piece housing its the same except the middle 2 ports on the diagram aren't there so those connections won't exist.

Also, in the replumb kit the 1" hose from the top of the manifolds to the exhaust dumps is long enough to go around the front of the manifolds and under them back to the dumps.

NOTE: The old 81-1102D hose was 6" long but the length was changed on the newer engines to 4 1/2" long.

If you are installing the newer version thermostat housing with 4 ports, Item FM-29-0083 -AND your cooler can't be moved up for the shorter hose, you may need to cut a new hose from the 81-1135D hose. If you would like this hose for the kit - CLICK HERE
